Dr Emmanuelle Titeux

Dr Emmanuelle Titeux graduated from École nationale vétérinaire d'Alfort (EnvA). She practised as a general veterinarian for 15 years before focusing on behavioural medicine in 2005. Besides practicing at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vétérinaire d'Alfort (CHUVA) and lecturing at EnvA and Paris Descartes University, she also founded Akéovet, a private clinic dedicated to veterinary behavioural medicine in Paris. She was also the chair of the 2024 European Veterinary Congress of Behavioural Medicine and Animal Welfare (EVCBMAW) National Committee for the diagnosis and treatment of behavioural disorders in companion animals. Her areas of interest are in stress, anxiety, phobias, and frustration in pets.
