Dr Carmen Lee

Dr Carmen Lee graduated from the University of Sydney on a scholarship from the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore, after which she served in government veterinary practice, contributing to the review of animal welfare legislation in Singapore. She subsequently moved into private practice.
