
Dr Denyse Khor Xin Hui
Dr Denyse Khor graduated from the University of Melbourne. Dr Khor spent four years as a veterinarian in the national animal health laboratory at the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority and subsequently the Animal and Veterinary Service of the National Parks Board, where her work encompassed terrestrial and aquatic animal health, disease diagnosis, pathology, animal health surveillance, and field investigations on local fish farms. She was a member of the working groups that produced the Singapore Vaccination Guidelines for Dogs and Cats in 2020 and the Guidelines for Prudent Use of Antimicrobials in Companion Animals in 2021. She is a published author, with contributions to the OIE Scientific and Technical Review and Virology Journal in 2019. Dr Khor became a World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association Certified Aquatic Veterinarian in 2020 and holds Fear Free Veterinary Professional certification and the Cat Friendly Veterinary Certification from the American Association of Feline Practitioners, both obtained in 2021.
