Dr Elise Robertson

Dr Elise Robertson graduated with honours from Colorado State University and the Royal Veterinary College, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Feline Practice. Dr Robertson operates a peripatetic endoscopy and endosurgery referral service for first opinion and referral practices across Southeast England, alongside quarterly referral clinics in the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. She lectures and provides practical endoscopy training on national and international platforms across the United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the UAE, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Her clinical interests centre on feline medicine and endoscopy and endosurgery, with a particular focus on undergraduate and postgraduate education. She is a recipient of the 2017 BSAVA Frank Beatty Travel Scholarship and the 2018 BSAVA PetSavers Award, and holds a Fellowship of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in recognition of her contributions to the advancement of veterinary endoscopy education. Her post-graduate training in medical endoscopy, interventional endoscopy, and minimally invasive surgery was undertaken at human paediatric and neonatology endoscopy institutions including Royal Free NHS Hampstead in London, Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital and the European Endoscopy Training Centre in Rome, and Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Children's Hospital in Bangkok, alongside veterinary academic institutions in France, Germany, and the United States.
