Dr Rosemarie Billenness

Dr Rosemarie Billenness graduated from the University of Nottingham. Dr Billenness moved to Singapore and worked across busy general practice clinics before joining the emergency department of a 24-hour hospital. She is currently working towards a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice in small animal internal medicine, and holds an Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
