
Dr Stephanie Johnnides
Dr Stephanie Johnnides graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (DipACVECC). Following graduation, she completed a rotating medical and surgical internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialists in New York, before undertaking her emergency and critical care residency at the Animal Emergency Center in Glendale, Wisconsin. She subsequently pursued advanced training in extracorporeal therapies — including haemodialysis and total plasma exchange — at the University of California, Davis. Prior to relocating to Singapore, she served as head of the emergency and critical care department at the City University Veterinary Medical Centre in Hong Kong. Her clinical interests include emergency medicine and triage, acute intoxication management, post-surgical care including septic peritonitis, septic shock, and extracorporeal therapies.
